How To Get Your Business Off To A Great Start!

This business is SO EASY!! Can you imagine having a home based business that pays out up to $50k a week (that is just ONE stream of pay), and all you do is Give, Share, and Evolv.
Imagine you just signed up as a distributor. You too have watched the DVD and have tried Evolv. And you loved it! You feel better, and you are excited to share this with others. You went to www.4allmankind.myevolv.com and you ordered your package. (You should get the package with the most tools you possible. The bigger the better. You wouldn't open a restaurant without the food, or the utensils to cook, so why would you start a business like this without the quad packs, the brochures, dvd's and of course as much Evolv as possible?) You then went to www.teaminspirit.com and ordered your dvd's, and you are waiting anxiously for it all to arrive.
So what now? First, MAKE A LIST! DO NOT go blabbing to all your friends and family when you do NOT have the product to share with them! So spend some time preparing for your business. You don't usually start a job without some training, so take this time to get mentally prepared and organized. Get to know your back office, your website. Really soak it all in. I also recommend getting some good books, Such as Robert Kiyosaki's The Business of the 21st Century, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, any John C. Maxwell books and so on. Set up an office. It doesn't have to be fancy, just a place you can go to have all your information. A place to write, make phone calls, you name it. You will just feel more professional.
Regarding your list, you want to write down all the people you know that consume water, breath oxygen, and so on. This means pretty much everyone you know. But since you probably didn't buy enough Evolv for EVERYONE, start with the people you think could use it the most. Or your most influential people. Pastors, teachers, big business owners (since they understand the power of owning your own business) etc. OR people who suffer health challenges. Usually those who are sick or unhealthy are lacking oxygen more than others. SO they will feel so much better after having Evolv.
You've received your order. YAY!!! Now it gets exciting. Make as many quad packs as you can, grab your list, and start calling away!! "What do I say?" you ask? Easy, here it is "Hey there ____! This is Shanna (your name of course) Are you going to be home (pick a time)? I have something I would like to drop off. I will be in and out, I can't stay, so will you be there?" Usually they will say yes,and if they ask for more, just say you don't have time to talk, but they will see tomorrow. (or whenever you chose to drop it off. That is IT! Then when you get there, be as quick as possible. Just hand them a quad pack, and the DVD. Say something like, "I just thought of you, and had to share. Watch this DVD, and it will explain everything. Can I follow up with you in a few days and to get my DVD back? AND THAT, my friend is it! Pretty easy right? Just let the DVD do all the work for you! All you have to do, is get it in their hands.
So you give them a couple days to watch it, and then you call them up to see what they liked best. Either they will be a customer, or they will want to be a distributor because they see how easy it is too! And you then teach them exactly what I just taught you! Super easy. Super duplicateable. And that is how you build an incredible business. Just Give, Share, Evolv. Over, and over again. That is true residual income.

Summer heat and Evolv

Well, it is that time of year my friends, and we all know that when it gets a little warmer out, and your playing a little harder, dehydration can be a big threat. Water is a critical element to the body, and adequate hydration is a must to allow the body to function. Up to 75% of the body is made up of water. Most of that water is found in the cells of the body.
So why is it so important to drink more water during the summer months? Well, it is because your body loses more water during the summer. Did you know that you lose water when you breath? As humidifies air leaves the body? Through sweat? And of course from using the bathroom. But I think we all know we are way more active during the summer. We may partake in certain beverages that are prone to dehydrate you. Either way, it is crucial to drink more, and more.

YOUR DEHYDRATED FOLKS!!!

Did you know that almost everyone you see is dehydrated? Do you notice how many people complain of lack of energy? Well, they are most likely dehydrated! And to top it off, they turn around and drink crazy amounts of caffeine, that actually dehydrates themselves even further! Sure, you say there is water IN the coffee, but that doesn't count at all.
Did you know that the 5 quarts of blood going through your body, are 90 percent water? You need to replenish this water often to support healthy circulation.
I just think it is sad that people don't take their bodies seriously. You wouldn't run a car with no gas, or oil, because why? It will break down! People take their incredible bodies for granted because it is so resilient.... For now that is.
If you take the time to learn healthy habits earlier in life rather than later, problems wont arise nearly so fast.

What A Team!

You know what I love most about this business??? The people you meet in it. I just left a meeting with about 7 other members, and EVERY single one has so much to offer, and they all have the best attitudes!! It makes it so enjoyable to be in a room with postitive, happy, encouraging people. I am not sure what your office space is like, but MINE is off the hook! Everytime I leave a meeting, I am renewed. So get plugged in. Sure we could stay home in our little cocoons, with our security blanket watching American Idol. But really, being around others, learning from different walks of life is so rewarding, and uplifting. ESPECIALLY when you all have the same goals in mind. Sometimes people may get stuck with the same group of friends, the wonderful, (but the same) family members. But the world has so many beautiful people out there that you can learn, and grow from. That is all I can say about that. Have a great night, and tomorrow, go out an meet new people. If you would like to meet some of mine, I would love to introduce you to them.

So, sometimes life throws you curve balls. You get a little off track, and you feel pushed off course. How do you get back on? Sometimes that is easier said than done. What I am doing to get back into the game is to right down my goals once again. Just because I did them once does not mean I shouldn't do it again. A clear description of what you want, and how you are going to get it, reignites that passion, and drive. We must never give up on those dreams and goals. They are always still there waiting for you. And even if you go around them, it doesn't mean they don't still exists on your road map to life. Kind of like a video game. All the coins on that level don't ever go away. Sometimes you just have to run to get through, but you can always go back and pick them up when you can.

So, I just got home from a 6 day trip to Dallas Texas. all but 2 of those days were in the car. YES, thats right, we drove. Crazy I know. But you know what UNSTOBBABLE MEANS?? It means you never give up on your dreams. Some say, "all that for 1 weekend?" and my answer is YES!!!! For sure. Had I sat down, threw my hands and made excuses, I never would have been a part of that amazing weekend. Where would that take me in life? I am not saying everyone should be as crazy as my teammates and I, but It sure feels good to take action, and make things happen. What happened at this even was awesome. It is something you cant really explain, but this company EvolvHealth is going to be a complete category changer. We already broke records. There were over 1500 people there, and that has not happened in MLM pre-launch events. What they explained to me, was that we are going to be the "they" they talk about. You know how easy this business is? People tend to over think, over complicate, and let the fear of being rejected take them over. Well, when you have a product like Evolv. Looks and tastes like water but does SO MUCH MORE. How can it be that hard to get into the hands of others? Everybody needs water, everybody drinks water, tons of people need better health, greater finances, more free time, more energy, more stamina. YOU NAME IT!! Evolv handles ALL THOSE AREAS.

If you were to right out a list of everyone that could use or does any of the things I just mentioned, you have your list of people to approach. You simply GIVE the product. LIVING DRAMA FREE!!

I know it can be really challenging to live this way sometimes. Things come at you so fast, knock you down so hard, that is almost seems impossible to get back up. I can tell you that I myself, am going through some drama right now. Some of it brought on by myself, some of it contributed by other people, and so on. But you know what? I can't change it, I can't go back, and all I can really do, is tell myself, I am a beautiful child of God, and He gives me nothing I cant handle. I know that looking back and feeding the fire will only hurt myself in the long run. You make a decision to accept it, forgive it, and let it go FULLY, you will be better off in the long run. Your shoulders will ease up, your frown and scowl will release, and your heart will begin to heal.
I know this is a personal post, but I practiced this today, and it worked beautifully. I have been in a great mood all day, and am not going to let anyone or anything get in between my purpose, and my happiness. Have a great day!!

So, I have to tell you about a great testimonial about Evolv. One of my good friends who just joined the business, gave her aunt with terminal cancer 4 bottles of Evolv. Now this poor woman was told 3 years ago that she has only 6 months to live. She obviously is still here, but in extremely bad shape. Are you MLM hesitant?

So, your still not sure about this whole MLM thing. Well, I have many skeptic friends, and family that don't really get into this sort of "stuff", simply out of lazyiness to think outside the box. They have been trained for years, even decades of how to "work". Go to school, get a good job, and that is it. And you know what? That is OK! But there is more. I have been in this business for a long time know, and with all my knowledge, and experience, I KNOW, it is real. The numbers don't lie, the products always do what they say they do. But when you get right down to it. The people are the ones that are responsible for their failure. NOT THE SYSTEM. You cant be just anyone here. I mean you can, but it will take some work on your part. You can just sign up as a distributor and expect a windfall of cash to fall in your lap! You have to treat it like a business.! If get with the right company, the right team of support, the right product, YOU WILL SUCCEED!
When you get in a company at the right place, the right time, and really plug yourself into the group of people there to support you, you wont want to go back. I am telling you. YOU WILL NOT WANT TO GO BACK!!! It is TOO powerful. But you have to want it. You have to tell yourself, "THIS IS IT! I am no longer letting my life be controlled by someone else! I am taking full responsibility for my success. I am going to live the life of my dreams, and I am going to help thousands do the SAME!!!" Thats is the really exciting part! Letting go of your fear! Breaking the chains! Setting yourself FREE from the mundane!
This industry creates more millionaires than ANY OTHER BUSINESS MODEL!! Why is that?? Out of Doctors, Lawyers, traditional business owners etc. It creates More millionaires. Why? Because it WORKS! That is why. Because the ones that make it big, say exactly what I was just declaring! AND THEY DONT STOP TILL THEY GET IT!! Wanna get out of your cubicle??? Wanna fire your boss??? The MLM mis-conception.

What comes to mind when you think of Network Marketing? "Oh no, I will never join one of those things. "or "My aunt Bobby Sue did that, and it never worked" or even, "Man, the only ones that get rich are the ones at the top". Well, there are some truths to those ideas, and whatever your reason is, I am sure it is a good reason to you. But ask yourself, are you coming to those conclusions because of lack of knowledge?
Well, lets start with response #1. Never say never. When an opportunity is at your door, and these "things" keep presenting themselves, maybe you should take a closer look. Go to the event you have been invited to. Make an educated decision and go from there. #2. Your aunt Bobby Sue failed at it, but why should you? Are you everybody? Are you average? There are several factors to why it did not work out for her. Maybe she couldn't take the no's, or maybe she didn't do EVERYTHING she could have. Maybe she listened to too many people telling her she wouldnt or couldn't do it. Don't judge your own success on others failures. Excuse #3. You know why the top income earners make so much money?? Because they did not listen to the number 1's, and 2's!! They keep going, non stop. This is not a get rich quick business. It takes work, dedication, and a will to succeed. Most of them have failed at one point, but that doesn't stop them, because they know they can do it!
Just don't settle for the same mundane line of work if it is not fullfilling. If you are not loving what you are doing, there could be something out there for you even better. This industry has so many different avenues. From cosmetics, home, health, legal, cellphones, automotive stuff, almost anything you can think of, I bet there is a Network Marketing company out there for you. Just don't be so quick to assume it is not for you. It could be exactly what you are looking for.

So, what made me choose Evolv? Out of the thousands of Network Marketing companies out there, why did I, along with my Team Inspirit family choose this one. Well, it is quite simple.
